Located on our grounds in a rural setting in the 't Ven countryside in Venlo, you will find a cozy, very spacious holiday home and a snug, comfortable apartment.

Both accommodations are suitable for 2 people, fully furnished, and equipped with every convenience.

You have a private terrace and garden, with a lovely heated (shared) swimming pool just a few steps away.

Good WiFi, private parking, charging station, peace, and space. The bed is made for you and the towels are ready.
Want to grab a bite to eat in the city in the evening? Bicycles are available (€5 per day).

Holiday home ‘pied-à-terre’
(2/3 pers.)

On the ground floor, there is a small hallway with a toilet, and a spacious living room featuring a lounge area on one side with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and Smart TV. On the other side of the room is a large table with chairs for working or dining. There is an open passageway from the dining room to the homely and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you step through the French doors onto your large private east-facing terrace, so you can have breakfast in the morning sun and fire up the BBQ in peace in the evening. Upstairs is the large bedroom and a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, second toilet, and sink.

(2 pers.)

The apartment was built in 2022 and is located in a former market gardener's shed. There is a cozy living area with a dining area, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a cupboard with ample storage space. The bedroom has a double bed (160cm wide) and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious storage room complete the picture. From the living room, you walk straight into your private garden with a lovely view of the greenery and just two steps away from the swimming pool. The bed is made for you and the towels are ready, as well as a folder with tourist tips.
