U Kovare Malenice Czech Republic Popular

Welcome to Malenice at the holiday villa "U Kovare".
"U Kovare" means "at the blacksmith's" in Czech and that is correct. Originally there was a (farrier's) forge on the ground floor which has now been converted into a holiday villa. The holiday accommodations are located on the first and second floors, just like the house was built at the time. The forge on the ground floor and the house on the floors above.

On the first floor there is a spacious reception hall with access to the kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom. Out of nostalgia, the kitchen has been kept in its original style. The tiled stove that is wood-fired is a remnant of this. In addition, there is a gas stove with oven and a washing-up block with cold and hot water.

Through the kitchen you enter a spacious double bedroom with a double bed. Next to it is a smaller double bedroom with two separate beds.
The bathroom has a shower, a fixed sink and a washing machine. In a separate room there is a refrigerator with freezer and cleaning equipment. From the first floor there is access to a spacious roof terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of the garden, with a gazebo and the mountain landscape and a wide staircase to the garden. Of course, garden furniture and a sun parasol are available. Enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace with a wide view. From the hall there is a fixed staircase to the second floor. This is an independent living unit, but in combination with the first floor ideal for a group of 6 - 8 guests. In addition, there is sufficient space to place one or two extra cots. Via the landing you have access to a double bedroom and a living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The kitchen offers all necessary accommodation such as: a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. All around is a fully enclosed very spacious garden with a large canopy, a seating area and a covered private parking space. In the garden there are several old fruit trees and a cute garden shed. There is space to enjoy the peace and quiet, or just play a game of football. Pets are welcome and the complete fence allows dogs to run free safely.

Explanation of prices & cancellation conditions
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
